uhm. well its simple... uh... hm...

lol, sorry...nevermind the top part XD

anyway fpi(the scripting code harnessed in games)
can be made simply to direct things and such, but I suggest actualy using a moddeling tool for this because it allows more freedom.

This question should have been asked in this thread....

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=134162&b=21

If you try to do a cut-scene in-game, you need to add new animation sequences to a character, then trigger them. The problem is, you can put an animation sequence in to make your character flush a toilet, but how are you going to get his hand to line up with the handle? You're better off doing it with another tool and just using fpsc for battle footage, or shots of the environment. Also, I don't know how you can change facial expressions with animation in fpsc.

CrazyTalk is also good for static cut scenes where just a characters face / mouth is moving. Here's one I did for a game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgR09gVDvk0

If you have a ton of time and you know how to import, position, rotate, scale, texture, animate, record, export, smooth, add effects, and use well known 3D modeling programs...its a piece of cake

teaching friends how to program in C++ is hard enough, but even harder when they haven't even started middle school yet.
