So i have vista now and i was planning to install Windows xp back
i have fps free and i have bought Models From the Fps Creator store so do i have to buy those again or can i just download the models that i have bought

You're allowed to download your models 5 times, so, yes, you can just download the models you bought again.

But that is more a Bandwith issued reason, you can always ask them to reset your downloads if you have a good reason.

But its recommended to just make a backup of your downloads.
