i got mine through trial pay the best way to do it for me atleast was simple signed up for an offer then got to download and they gave me key etc i love the program

Only if you buy it from TGC. You will have to wait for the disc if you brought it elsewhere (Amazon, Ebay, ect.)

Have you tried emailing rick or sales?
