Would you mind helping me in texturing my first model.

I made a model, made it into a direct x format (can also be made into a .obj file), mapped it using uvmapper and coloured the map made by uv mapper in paint shot pro. My model is a simple cabinet and my texturemap looks like this:

When I put my model and texture into entity workshop, it goes wrong and the texture it tiled all over the model:

Does anyine know why this has happened?

Thanks, Matt C

yes, you must save a .obj and the texture map out of UVmapper and import the .obj into a 3D program. Apply the texture to the model and THEN open the texture in paint or photoshop or something, and edit the texture to look the way you want it. In the 3D program refresh/reload the texture (in milkshape and 3DS max respectively, I'm not sure how you would do it in any other program.) this should give you the desired effect. Save that file out as a .x and save the texture as a .BMP and use them in DB.
That should work the way you want it.

...but I am the ferret king!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! tremble before my ferret minions!
