i ordered 2000 shop points and waited a good 24 hrs please help is there an email i have to confirm or what?

The points are manually added to your account by TGC, and as they don't work on weekends...

TGC Work UK Office Hours Monday to Friday and as already stated do things manually.

You should get some attention on Monday. If not, no one here can help you.
