To add decals to the walls you have to rotate decals/overlays using the number keys.

Ack, i have made a model of a bus but im guessing it is too high poly as entity workshop handles it okay but when i click the entity (from the add entity list in fpsc) it crashes.

Anyone know how to lower poly's in milkshape?

clean and try opening the model in DirectX model viewer and if it doesn't load then try another set of export options.
