I was wondering if I purchased only model packs to use with out the creator or engine would I still have the right to sell them in a product I made?

Yes, I don't know about the license though, but there is "download" and "download for use without Fps Cre3ator.". But they all come in direct x format.

Your best bet would be to email Rick to make sure about the license in my opinion.
