I have a simple problem depending on how indepth you but basicly why do my images now have black specs all over the image.

A samples in the download its a .jpeg for those that care

The transparent image you used, is not clean. It is not fully trasparent as those specs are not #000000 black

Photoshop says the black background is #00000 Black but its obviously not i brought it into paint and tryed to make it black but got the same results

try changing the format to tga or dd2 that helped me

It is because JPEG files are compressed down, therefor, colors are changed from true black.

Change it to a transparent PNG for best results or TGA file.
