1) Don't upload your games here. Upload them at places such as filefront as a .zip or .rar
2) The screeny isn't showing anything. All I see is a giant empty room.
3) You need lighting!

Yeah, all it is is a giant empty room. Make it smaller, add some more entities and add lights.

There is no "secret" that anyone can tell you and you'll magically be able to make good games. There are several things we can tell you that will help you along the way.

1. Take your time. Don't rush through your games. Take the time to hone everything to perfection.
2. Story helps. A LOT. Look at professional games. Every one of them has at least a little story to it. Id hired a professional Sc Fi writer for Doom 3. It helps immerse the players into your game, thus enhancing the experience.
3. You need proper lighting and map design. From you're first screen shot it looks like you just made a giant room with maybe some enemies in it. You need to create an atmosphere to futher immerse the player into your game world. If I'm making a scary zombie game, I'm going to have low ambient light with maybe small cluttered rooms to help scare the player.
4. Play other games and see what makes them good. You can learn a lot from playing other people's games.

Hope some of what I said helps.

Yeh. In my game, I've got over 150 posts and I'm only just geting a demo together....

Patience. Get a good story. Then make a basic level layout with segments. Test it. Then add static entities. Test it again. Add lighting, (remember, don't just use the provided colours. Use the colour pallet by placing the light then right-clicking. works just like Paint's).Finally add characters and dynamic entities and test that baby!

Look up some tips for keeping the framerate, (less frames=lag).

Practice. Every once in a while I just make a map for fun to try to get better at level design. I try to make the levels more complex, less linear, better looking etc.

And try to think about what you would see if you were actually there? Not just a empty room, it would be littered with entities and such, add alot of scenery bro.
