Dark GDK / Can't open a Dark JDK- project on Visual C++ Express

Hello,
I want to work with dark jdk but I cannpt open a game project.
File > New > Project
There is no "wizard" on the left side of the dialog
I already installed:
Visual C++ 2008 Express French
Dark GDK
DirectX 9.0c SDK from August 2007

Want can I do
Please help

You shouldn't have to create it from a wizard. Win32 Project should work.
