Hello!

I just wonder if you can make a program in DBP , F. Ex. a music player like Winamp or something?

Sure it can, just need to make the GUI yourself.

Applications. (Not exactly a music player but, there is a texture creator).

Yes, but, DBP does not have any built in commands for monitoring the input stream on a music file.

This makes it dificult to create live visualizations. (like Winamp)

Whatever...

Sure it can. You will need to make a gui yourself or use arons wingui or bluegui. I think SergencyK(Spelt wrong?) had a free dll for getting music from the web from just a link. And DBP can load music and play it yeah.

Absolutely! But only the images, you'll still have to code the USER INTERFACE, since Photoshop will only do the graphics.
You could create a whole menu as one image, or create a background image and several button images with the mouse changing the button images with a mouseover.

You'll want to head over to some basic 2D tutorials if you want to get to grips with making GUI's, a search on the forum should prove fruitful.
