I thought vents were part of the stock FPSC... I'm pretty sure you CAN do just what you're describing... Give me some time and I'll post an FPM.

Edit:

I'm pretty sure this is what you're asking for... Load up the .fpm, give the player a weapon and some extra ammo... you just shoot the vent door out, go through the vent, shoot out the other vent door and go in the other room...

It's just a map file made with the stock segments... You can stick it in your mapbank if you want...

Open FPS Creator, click the little 'Open Level' icon or go File -> Open and choose the .fpm ...

Once the level is loaded, right click on the green arrow start marker and give the player a weapon or just stick some on the ground in front of the start marker...

Click the test level button... You can then use your weapon to smash the vent doors... It's just an example to show it was possible...
