You made those entirely in Zbrush right? I wouldn't recommend to make models that you tend to animate later on entirely in just Zbrush, as the meshes are usually messed up, it's better to model a base mesh in a separate 3D software and import it into Zbrush to make the high poly version.
Oh and that one do look a tad high poly.

okay i use zsphere too make the lowpoly mesh then save the lowpoly one as seperate .obj as i dont think it will get messed up that way hopefully ill use this as a normal map will work maybe??

Just do topology on it and it will be fine. It's kind of like making a new base mesh for the high poly.

The anatomy of your models seem all wrong, just look at the last one, the deltoid is slightly out of place, the ribs are too far down and spaced a part, the breast muscles are too spaced a part and a bit small and I could go on a bit more.

It seems like at areas you just added lumps and muscles because it looked cool.

And don't take this as harsh, I just mean to help you get better

You seem to have some of the same issues still, the ribs (I'm guessing those are ribs?) are too far down and too big and too spaced apart, the breast muscles are too small and now stretched, and still too spaced apart, and I also suggest rounding the hole in the stomach up a little bit to make it a bit more realistic, you might want to go look at some human anatomy to get the proportions right, it always helps with some sort of muscle reference.

But it's getting progressively better Keep at it.

Alucard94 is right on. Looks better but it's still not right. Use a anatomy reference. Bodybuilding web pages are good for reference images. Take your time too there is no rush.

Here is one that I was working on a few months ago. The proportions are still wrong but whatever. Point is that was my practice model and I worked and reworked it. Knowing the shape and movement of the muscles help too.

Lazerus: The pixelated effect is due to the subdivide level being lower. That can be easily fixed.

Looks a lot better already Cong. Just keep working on it.
