I need more information to be able to help you:

Which drive letter are you installing to C:\ D:\ ect?
Which operating system are you using XP or Vista?
Which version of FPSC are you using FPSCX9 or FPSCX1O?
Are you installing the latest Dark Egypt version which is 'Dark Egypt V2'?

If you can answer the above it will help narrow down the source of the pronlem.

Are you installing into <Program Files>The Game CreatorsFPS Creator or <Program Files>The Game CreatorsFPS CreatorFiles?

EDIT: Are you using the FPSC installer or the non-FPSC installer? (assuming one exists for this model pack, I think they all have non-FPSC installers)

Make sure you have the 'latest' version of Dark Egypt which is 'Dark Egypt-V2'. The latest version of the Pack now has the 'correct' standard installer which should give you no problems when installing the Pack.

All the best of luck.

Unfortunately, I do not have Vista (or FPSC X10) and do not know where FPSC gets installed to in that operating system but I do know that Dark Egypt V2 (as well as some of the other Model Packs) can not be used with FPSC X10 at the moment.

It would be best to contact TGC (maybe through 'technical support' on main TGC web page) for the correct install information regarding its installation on Vista.

Sorry,I don't think I can be much more help than that when it concerns Vista installs.

All the best of luck
