Hi, is there a new link for the Magic FPS demo? The one on the site doesn't work. I want to buy it, but need to try it out first.

Also, two more questions. Does is work on Vista and can it re-skin door frames (the area around the actual door) easily?

Thanks!

I did a search and it keeps taking me back to the Magic FPS site, where when I click "Downloads", the 2.2 demo link on this page takes me to a non-working page / link http://www.uberdroid.com/fastfps/index.htm##

Thanks for the info though. I'm really interested in the door thing, as it's a major pain for me, reskinning a door only to have the door frame not match. I'm hoping that problem can be solved with Magic FPS...

I have MagicFPS. This may or may not help, but here is four screenies making a door.

The following image is magicFPS door mode. There is only one texture required.

The next image shows my picking a default door image.

This image shows the door placed in a level.

And the final image shows the door open.

Addendum:

Here is a door example of the texture layout given by magicFPS:

I hope you can make out how it's layed out. I'm not sure I can.
