Hello people, I've just downloaded the segment editor, gave it a go and made my first segment, or so I thought. When I tried to get the segment loaded in x10 it says runtime error 7001-mesh number illegal at line 10922. Anyone know what the issue is? I used the standard mesh that came with the program in raw assets. Please help if you can.

There is no problem ON THIS EARTH!, that cannot be solved with the proper application of enough explosives.

You most likely forgot to put the texture in the right place. Check that first.

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

Hey,
Grab yourself a copy of firma here:

It's a lot easier than segment maker, give it a go, (and takes up less space too)

I took a look outside, and Nickydude was pointing a pistol at my head.

Mesh number illegal at.. is most of the time that it has trouble finding the texture. So first thing to check is if your texture is in the similar folder under files as it was in the segment editor files (most likely somewhere under texturebank).

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.
