It was fun when I first got to the page
(this page appears the on the top list if u type 'magic trick' in Yahoo)

Took me quite a while before I 'get the picture!'
Certainly dazzled my bros & sis though until now!

Of course it's not there! None of the cards from the page before are there! What a rip off!

Ginger, they have to be the same suite, not just colour. Actually, scrap that, look closely at the 2 cards you are talking about. They *won't* be the same.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

At first I thought this was going to be that one where you pick a card then it asks you questions like "Is it a red card?" and after a couple questions it's elimated all but your card so it knows which card you picked. lol.

Oh, and I used to do a trick similar to this with a real deck, you put the King of Diamonds and Queen of Hearts as the first and last card respectively then take out the King of Hearts and Queen of Diamonds. You then find some gullable person and show them the 2 cards as you put them in the middle of the deck, then you put the deck between forefinger and thumb and fling it on the floor and you're left holding the King of Diamonds and Queen of Hearts. You'd be amazed how many people don't realise the suites are inverted.

Here's a trick you can do:

1) Allow the spec to select 9 cards out of a deck.
2) Fan the cards in front of the spec, and ask him/her to remember ONE card.
3) Now, let the spec shuffle the card.
4) Spread the card into 3 columns, left to right.
5) You'll end up with 3 piles of 3 cards.
For count = 1 to 3
6) Pick up the first pile, and fan it infront of the spec, asking if their card is in the pile.
7) Keep doing this until the spec says yes.
8) Then, place the pile containing their card in the middle of the other 2 (stack the cards up).
9) And spread em into 3 columns of 3's again, left to right, starting from the first card till the end.
Next count 'repeat it 3 times
10) Their selected card is the 5th card, or rather, the card in the centre of the current deck.
