Wow, i was just joking around,lol. there is someone named icronic games that is doing free voice overs, if you want the link to his thread ill give it to you (its off of a smaller fpsc community)

how can I on a psp when its 2:36am and the pc is right next to me but I cant go on it. Anyway the psp can handle youtube!

Just download the free trial of text aloud (you type it in and it says it for you then you save it and convert, put it in fpsc and VIOLA
