Is there a specific way to create an animated Sprite. Everytime i try making one in Paint part of the next frame ends up in another or something simular. Is there a program that helps you make animated sprites?

You've just got to make sure that each frame is the same size, without any extra space.

what i do, is i draw a box representing a single frame and copy it multiple times, and then fill the frames. The border is then removed.

If you can make the individual graphics all the same size in individual files you can use a utility like Irfanview (freeware) to create a panorama and collect them into a single, ordered file.
