Hey guys.

A quick question.

How do you lower your frame rate? People around here have been having problems keeping it up, but I want it down. Normally it keeps itself at a good 35-40. But, if I stay in the level too long, it jumps up to 70-80. I got a FR of 400 once. Any help guys?

My computer specs are:
Dell DM061 w/ Service Pk 2
1 Gig of Ram
Dual Intel Processing Core
Version: 5.1.2600
Speed: 2128 MHz

Thanks.

I was never pressing the X button in the first place.

A single accidental press of the "X" key will release the framerate cap in your game.

You may perhaps have accidentally hit it when pressing "S" or "D".

There is another letter (around the 'Y' key somewhere I think) that will recap your frame rate back to normal.

I think that is 'I' or 'O'.
