Can I create a animated 3D character and have it to move the same way in DBP?

My actual color is Color object 1, RGB(128,2,3) but I would like it to be random.

If you create an animated object. You can yes play the animation in DBP. Im not quite sure of what your asking though. Are you going to move the object in the animations. If so i would suggest not to. Just create a walk animation and keep the model still to one spot.

It is my main character that wil show all the time. I might create dirrerent animations.
1. Doing nothing
2. walking
3. Running
4. turning left, right...
5. Shooting.

Do I just need to load it.

My actual color is Color object 1, RGB(128,2,3) but I would like it to be random.

You make the model, animate it in you program of choice, export to direct x (or .3ds if it supports animation, I forget), then load it in dark basic with 'load object'. Then all you have to do is use 'play object' or 'loop object' to play it's stored animation. You can also use 'set object speed' to change the speed at which the animations play.
