A year ago when I started using FPSC the program ran fine (very smooth and fast). Now it's slow and sluggish. What should I check?

What version are you using? What are your system specs? How much stuff did you throw into your level? How much of it is set as "dynamic"?

Wow. Slow. Sluggish.

That's FPSC summed up in 2 words!

J.K. It can be very laggy, even with no dynamic objects.

Should have been obvious but... reducing the number of characters greatly enhanced the fps performance.

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it was larger than 600x120

There's been a number of mods produced in the last year which nearlly all incorporate timer based systems inhereted from airmod.

S4mod seems a popular place to start for a performance boost.

The offical migration version update will also use timers so it won't be that much of a problem going forward.
