3 Dimensional Chat / animation help in 3ds max

I am currently working on this for the compo aobve, but m having some problems with the aniamtion, more specifically the keyframes/frames,

how would you go about adding more framesso i could have a range of a thounsand frames instead of one frame

i proably wont use 1000 frames but its better for prudent planning,

At the bottom right of the 3DS Max window you should see a bunch of buttons, there will be a time configuration button. If you click on that you can change the length and also a bunch of other things.
