well, first,
DO YOU HAVE INTERNET (lol)
is windows firelll blocking the game (yes)
is your anti virus blocking the game (mabye)

LASTLY

brfore you post about how you are stuck in the whole waiting to join game and get flamed 20 times over search, there are all kinds of helpful things lying around on the fourms, community guide, offical guide, etc.
