Hi I just wanted to know if any of you DBDN-ers can tell me if the terrain command set will be fully implemented in the next patch. If not any of y'all know which patch it will be in because I'm sick of matrices and dont want to have to use the fake matrix plug in.

No.

I believe that in the future terrains will be DBO objects anyway - so they will be identical to "fake matrices", only with LOD.
