You can't really expect a fully rigged and textured character for free, that's just over the top.

It looks cool, although seemingly you have a whole bunch of issues with the UV's all over the body, there's heavy stretching and texture seems.

I used a model from dark matter of a person, modified it and re-textured it. I then made the RPG and then rigged the model.

I like making guns just not people

i think he can if hes not selling or giving away the model, just using it in his game.

if you call me an idiot/retard again, ill stick my finger in your mouth, and i have a really dirty finger, you don't want it in there!

You're not making any sense? We are wondering how he could model and texture a model in one single day.

well i can tell thats the ninja or thug model, and re-texturing it would be pretty simple, the adding models would not be too hard if the weapons where pre made, and reanimation could or could not be difficult depending on what he is using. from what i can see, it looks like hes using this:

I did it. And I animated it. It was a zombie. It's not that hard, only about eight hours of work.

Still not a hundred percent sure if he can do that but i would think he could as long as he does not distribute it.
we need the power of the mods to save us in this time of confusion!
