ok I have a wepon with an animation made in 3ds max 9. I use AccuTrans 3d to export non-animated models to .x. I tried exporting the animated .3ds model but you cant see the animation. Anyone help?

Try the Panda exporter for 3DS Max.

I don't use 3DS Max, I can not help you. But in the link I provided above you can see a tab animation. There are probably making setting.

I would recomend 3DWin5. It's what I use for conversions, and it converts like 30 different formats.
