The edgeloops in the face have issues, take a look at this image (Not made by me, got it from a google search) to get what I mean .
Secondly the ear has a HUGE N-Gon in it which will result strange shading and such, remove it by connecting verts. Otherwise it's a good head model with a good texture.

lol yeh im crap at ears ,
im not sure what the issues with the edge loops are ? more indepth c&c please so i can try & fix them .

It's that the head poly has more than 4 sides, just connect some vertices to fix it.

You can follow the tut Sprite posted but I would suggest doing what Alucard94 did on his head and just make the ear very simple and texture it well.

90% of statistics are completely inaccurate.

The eyes are too big. And the pupils inside the eyes need to be scaled down a bit as well (pupils / iris).

forehead seems a little bloated to me, and yea, pupils need retexture, but outherwise fine

I love Jenkins forever :p
