Yes it is. Have a way point in the direction you want the ghost to go. Have it follow that way point. And set two triger boxes, one were you enter the area were the ghost is and have it triger the goast to appear1 or 2.1 does it fast 2 does it slow. Then another in the place were you will be at when it disappears and set the second triger to disappear1 or 2. 1 does it fast 2 does it slow. (exp. walking down a hallway the player hit the first triger and the ghost appears. keep walking down player hits the second triger and the ghost will disappear.) And also name your trigers to the same name as your ghost. If you want to do this in more then one area rename your model to another name like ghost_002 and do the same to the other trigers..

first place the ghost on one side, then make a trigger zone to spawn it and place waypoint for the ghost to follow with pace.fpi as main script and then count the seconds how long does him take to get to other side, then edit the ghost properties and simply set the entity spawn time to like 18 seconds or how much did him take to go over and add three zeroes so the number example is 18000 wich is converted to miliseconds,18000 is exactly 18 seconds, seth zer0 is totaly wrong you cant make stuff dissapear with trigger 2
