DLL Talk / How do u make a dll using PurePLUGIN

I have PurePLUGIN and i have read the help but i still don't know how to make a dll to use in darkbasicpro Can any one help, thanks

in fact, you should take example of the DLL samples.
Make a copy of the Sample DLL (do directly copy & paste of the folder it will create a folder named "copy of ...". Rename it.
Jump in the new folder and open the file DLL pb sample file
it's a Plugin skeleton.

1st thing. You'll have to setup your user id and code in the planed areas.

You can then now create your own ProcedureCDLL to create new DarkBASIC Professional commands.

I copyed a Dll into my directory and i renamed it and I opened it, but it opened in the file viewer??

If the PurePLUGIN-SampleDLL.pb.pb file open with file viewer ... that mean that you don't have PureBASIC installed in your computer. Without PureBASIC you can't use PurePLUGIN.

Quotes from the PurePLUGIN page :

Quotes from the PurePLUGIN page :
Quote: "PurePLUGIN requires that you alerady own a fully registered version of Pure Basic and DarkBASIC Professional.
Pure Basic is not included with PurePLUGIN. It can be purchased online here."


Do you own a valid PureBASIC licence ?
