Can we use the official model packs for commercial games? (MP2, MP3, & MP9)

i figured they could be, but i wanted to ask to make sure.

there is "EAI" (Errant AI?) written in the stock textures that came with MP9. Is this a signiture? can we use these textures in commercial games?

(i did a search for this and found nothing, so dont say "use the search". either i didnt search the right phrase or i just didnt get the memo!)

-Thanks

Yes you can. If you bought it in the model pack you can use it in commercial games. If I am right its the same for the TGC Store to.

Prerogative of the copyright owner

Don't worry about it. Obliterate it if you want prior to building your game. That's within the powers granted to you by the license. I stamp a tag on most everything for a couple reasons.

1. Assist in identification of assets if they wind up God-knows-where on the net because of piracy/misuse.

2. EAI logos used in place of copyright protected logos so the developer doesn't have to worry about infringing (ex. Colt, HK, Glock, etc) and at the same time doesn't have to settle for blank spots where mfg. stampings/roll-marks should be.

3. Pride (Deadly sin, I know).
