Does FPS Creator X10 support outdoor environments, and still support a fair game experiance?

The old FPS Creator runs bad when you make outdoor games.

My outside environment ran at a good 85 to 110 fps and i was using a amd xp 64 single core 2.2 ghz cpu, 2 gb of ram, and a 9600 gt. So yea it handles it just fine.(the environment was 20x30.)

Thanks for posting

Well then I will look forward to 3 days from now when I get a new PC which will run the X10 version.

Good to know the new version supports outdoor env.

I will then have a PC with X10 card, and shader 4.0
4 Gb ram (can use 8 Gb ram)
512 MB graphics, and 2048 shared ram added

So when you can run it, then I have good hopes

Thanks again

Seeing as FPSC X10 delivers far better performance than X9 is stands to reason outdoor environments will stand up better.

FPSC X10 makes full use of your graphics cards GPU and RAM.

Have a look at the link above. Looks ok to me.

Wow looks awesome.

What tools do one need to add such great scenery to the game?

When you say you want to make that, are you talking about making the models yourself or you just want a library of media to add to a level and be done.

If it's the latter, the media forum has entities that people have contributed. Or you can buy.
