Alright, let me start out this way, I've been around these forums for quite some time, not as a member, but I've read my share of posts and what-not, and that means that I know that when someone asks for an FPS creator serial code or anything, that everyone assumes their trying to get a free FPS Creator, and I don't blame them. However, the fact is that I have bought FPS creator, and I used it for a very long time; however one day I decided to attempt to download the 4.0 update and it caused FPS Creator to stop working.

I did everything I could possibly think of to get it working again -- install new updates, the same update -- everything. Eventually I decided I would preform a system restore on my computer, and bring it back to a date when FPS Creator ran correctly. Despite my effort to correct my mistake, FPS Creator would no longer run, every time I attempted to launch the program it would simply bring up an error, once again I tried many things to repair this problem, but it was no use.

I had FPS Creator for about a year, so the email I received with the online download, and the case to FPS Creator which contained my serial code including the disk was long gone. Unfortunately, I understand that it is probable no one will believe me, and that everyone will assume I'm trying to get a free FPS Creator, but if there is a way for me to use FPS Creator again, please, someone tell me.

I will answer any questions you might have to prove that I previously purchased FPS creator.

Thanks for the help!

There's a link just under the 'Post Forum Message' for this kind of thing for 'Order & Billing Support'.

Raise an Order or Tech Support call supplying your email address and they can look up your order and may provide you with a new serial number.
