Dark GDK / bullet holes on animated 3d model

ok so I have a small problem.

When I shoot the gun in my FPS it makes a bullet hole in the ground/object ect. However this does not work with the animated 3d enemy. The bullet hole just goes right through it. It is setup for collision and I used



to make it collide with all groups. I have a feeling this may be a problem with it comes to acually shooting the enemy.
Any ideas??
