I seriously don't think that's possible without a mod or upgrade. The section you need to be in is FPSC feature creep, where they discuss new feature ideas like this.

It's not a bad idea, but I think you might want to reverse your thinking here. It might be easier to insert the game into a chat program.

such as import it into valve perhaps? I dont know if chat is implemented into the games or valve with that

I love Jenkins forever :p
