3 Dimensional Chat / AC3D Problem

I just downloaded the trials for AC3D 6.4, but every time I load open the program its says "AC3D has stopped working" as soon as I run the program. Then I tried to run the AC3D 6.2(which already had installed and was working) would show me the same error too. If anybody knows how to fix this problem, you would have just saved my life.
