Could omebody please explain how you can make your models fpsx10 ready?

Get a copy of Signs, or MagicFPS, or Entity Workshop.
If you do a search you should find links to those programs.

There's also Entity Maker.

Yes. However it won't take advantage of specular and normal mapping unless you modify the fpe. You can compare the fpe generated by those programs with the fpe of media in X10 to see where to add the lines for the other textures.
