How would I make this warrior that I've been working on look more alien? I keep making changes, but it still looks somewhat human no matter what I do.

Change the arms to tentacles.
Make the had look like a bugs head.

If you're talking Close Encounters alien, then make the head bigger. With a wide top and narrow bottom. Small mouth and big eyes.

I would just use the images part of google and search on alien. Then just model after one of the pictures you get.
