My problem was that fragMotion detected two materials, one called torso and one called FLAGS, and two bone Groups, one Called Bone13 and one called Bip01
So I could see my model perfectly animated on the game, but on the editor the texture was not showing, probably because of this second material, and also the game crashed when killing the model, probably because of the extra bone group.
I cleaned out FLAGS and Bone13 and the model worked perfectly, but I ended up exporting to milkshape format and then using the recommended export settings for .x (on milkshape) as stated on the sticky tutorials, but I bet it can work without that step, I just don't feel like testing anymore after two days trying to figure this out.
