Should I draw to a bitmap and then use a sprite? :/

You know, look at Notepad, type a bunch of random characters until it goes off the edge. Usually, the last character will be cut off. How could I replicate this with my own Windows system type replica? But yes, I will be using a bitmap.

Not quite. I'm just writing a sprite-based Windows replica myself. Sorry, Mahoney, I want the experience. xD I hope you didn't get too far on that... oh well. I'll still use it if you want.
