It may be a nooby question, but...

Is there any way to make the game black and white without any scripting whatsoever?

And I have the free version, if it makes a difference.

YOu just need to edit the textures to make them black and white... You can do that in your favourite image editing software

That will take a long time though.

Oh and if you use efxmod, that will soon have on-screen colour changing abilities...

Nah That would just make it have a grey haze over everything, and not change colors to B&W.

Indeed...

His only two options are to change all of the textures and HUDs used in the game to only be black and white (Pretty simple to do in a good image editor) or use a full screen shader... which efxMod is known for.

Maybe with ENBSeries you could have a chance .... I can't tell you exactly but there are some palettes to use even if i haven't understand how . Anyway i'm interested too in black and white option!
