google uv mapper classic

download it

put your model in it

look through the options till you find a choice to pick your uv style box, 2 side view, etc

then edit the look of your uv and export the model and the texture

I would say follow Alucards link google is your friend, google milkshape 3d uvmap tutorial or something to that affect there are always tutorials to help you, you just need to look for them. I personally use 3dsmax so I cant tell you how to unwrap a uvmap in MS3d, sorry. But google man google you will find anything you need there.
