They may be his segments, but not his textures. The $4.00 segment pack being sold on "Moon Rising" here, contains segments, most of the segments textures aren't made by Adrian, but they're made by wehtam. Take a look at the attachment.


Now, i'm sure Adrian used many more of Wehtam's textures, but i'm to lazy to point those out.

There are 45 segments in the pack and three of them are segments for entitys maker. Its not elgial to use textures from EM in FPSC...

I know that you can sell stuff made with entity workshop but he's using the textures that come with entity workshop and slapping them on some segments and selling it!

You should really take flamingo's advice: DON'T BUY THIS PACK! It's made out of textures that you can easily get from a free program, and segments like this are very easy to make. $4.00? Rip-off

well dude 3 textures and since your aloud to sell items with it, and with the content in it, i guess that means textures as well. Plus 3 textures where used big deal, the re4st where his. If it becomes a problem ill have it removed but the fact is unless he is violating any license agreement then he is not at fault. So it will remane in the store, unless it is brought to an MR admins attention that there is a breech in the license in that case we will terminate the product from our store. To the best of our knowledge there is nothing breeching the EULA. But its good for you to point this out. I'll take a better look into it thanks.

Selling things made in entity creator, and selling actual textures from entity creator are two different things. It depends on what form they are being distributed, and the text of the license. I will keep an eye on this as well; if the person is at fault, there may be a ban in their future.

Ok, and if there is a fault please let me know through this thread, i dont want Mr to be at fault for a users product. And want to make sure everything we sell is 100% the users work. Thanks KethC!
