I use MS3d and fragmotion and i have come across a strange problem.

i do mostly low detail models and export them in .x and .dbo most of them come out ok, but there are some models when i am trying to texture them the texture does not show up on the the model, instead the model will have like an average color of the texture i applied to it but other than that the texture does not show up on the model.

One of the examples i have is a charecter i modeled. i drew him a skin texture with a fece and everything. when i apply it to the character, the charecter is colored the same color as the skin, but has no texture.

I have come across this problem on multiple modelers and i thought maybe it was something other people ran across too

i would appreciate your advice, Thak you!

i played around with it a little more, i remaped certain sections but the actual texture did not show up, it was more of the average color of the particular section of the texture that i am mapping.

I think its something wrong with the actual model.
