Dark GDK / Fresnel Water Shader

I`m trying to use Fresnel Water.fx which i found in the Ultimate Shader pack finale but with no success, i tried converting the code for dbp but still i had no succes in using it, i got a black plain or no plain at all.

Can anyone show me a sample code on how to implement that shader into my DarkGDK game ?

Your converted code could give the people a clue of what's going wrong...

I'm having same issues when I apply a shader to a object the object simply dissapears, I have a feeling when he said he converted code he ment he put db infront of the darkbasic code and is asking is there somthing extra that has to be done to get it to work in the gdk at least that is my question, searching thru the forums atm......
