First, I do not have a pirate copy.

As I had lighting and shader problems in FPSC after a million or so errors, I decided to repair it through the disc. Now it implies that I am using the free version I have edited the userdetails file and still says it is free. Specs:

1GB RAM
Vista HP
512MB GeForce 8400 GS Dx10
2GHz Dual-Core
FPS Creator V1.13 Registered

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

-FCV

Edit - Screen is attached

Edit 2 - I found out that my serial code was incorrect. Apologies for any inconvenience .

Go to the userdetails section, and somewhere it should prompt you to enter your product key.

Do that, and you should be good.

They said they already tried that.

What's the point in this forum? No one ever comes in here and helps. I once made a whole game and it crashed with an error and I asked for help but no one ever came to help. Great support you guys that work on the game.

First off, you may not have a pirated copy, but you are using a pirated key. Trust me, I've tested this one myself....

My bad, I didn't read very carefully

Some times you have to put a v at the beginning of the serial code. Don't ask me why because i have no clue.
