Make sure the video is in AVI format and is using a video codec that is common on all computers or include the video codec with the Distribution of your game.

Hope this helps

I personally use DivX for all my movies... best quality and smallest file sizes..

You can download the install from their website: http://www.divx.com

You should be able to include their install with your game, or put it in the documentation that you will need DivX installed.
