One issue I spotted was all those divisions down the length of the model, you could remove almost all of them and still have the same result.

EDIT:
Here're the divisions I'm talking about.

nopes..i need work more in this model.. texture, Poligons, rig, pose, etc... (this model have only 600 polys..)

I mean Zelda boss; by you always make large creatures. Because in Zelda Twilight Princess their was like 20 large monsters you would fight as Link.
