I found this program, I tried it, you can even load high poly models.

It is called Blacksmith3D-Paint-Freeware

Click on the link in the first post, go to the Download are then click on Windows installer link(if you are using a pc with windows) or click on the Mac OS X link( if you are using a Mac). Easy.
