gud day masters and other members. i'm a computer engineering

student and i got here in this forum by searching the net that

may help me in my thesis project which seems to be a flight

simulator controlled via joystick which also serves as a trainor

but the problem is i dont know how and where to start with. could

someone help me on starting on this project.

my project has the ff. requirements:

-has 3 game levels: easy, medium, hard
-determine training levels: "good", "bad", "expert"

i'm also a newbie in creating 3d graphics so i am asking all of

you masters and experts on what software should i start with and

the best software to use for good designs in 3d graphics. i'm

hoping for ur kind consideration. thanks.

What exactly are you asking? Do you need to know a programming language, game engine, 3d modelling program? Please be more specific.

As for

There is no "best software" for creating 3D graphics. Depending on price, ease of use, and flexibility of the software, one person's "best" choice may not work for you. Here is a list of modelling programs -- I use Blender, but many people find Milkshape or Wings 3D easier to learn.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, like they should be.

Personally, I love 3DS Max, specifically version 7. But, it's wicked expensive, so it's not a newbie's best bet. You ought to investigate blender.

My site, for various stuff that I make.

there are 2 approaches that may suit your needs that you may consider.

1) Join some other members that are doing basically the same sort of project and become a member of that group. (I don't know if your thesis work will allow this approach?)

2)Work with other members that are doing a similar project to what you require.
You can share code and resources with this group and benefit from their code and resources at the same time.
In the end you will end up with your own project, but will have benefited from help by other like minded people doing similar work.

Aren't theses supposed to be original? Lots of flight sims been done before. Also I assume that as it is computer engineering, you dont need really good graphics, so you are jsut looking for something easy to work with. Then I suggest G-Max, and find a .x exporter for it, though others may disagree.

also, dont press enter between each line
